Refund policy

30-Day Returns

Dukes Apparel offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with any original tags and packaging where applicable. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Because Dukes specialises in vintage and pre-owned clothing, please take care when trying on and handling your purchase. Items should be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

How to request a return

To start a return, contact us at info@dukesapparel.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Please do not send an item back before your return has been approved and you have received return instructions.

Return postage

For returns where you have simply changed your mind, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item.

We’ll assess the issue and work with you to put it right.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Sale items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same terms as other items, unless the item has been specifically sold with a fault or defect that was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

The easiest way to secure another item is to return your original purchase and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

For online purchases, statutory cancellation and refund rights apply in addition to our 30-day returns policy.
